Less head-scratching. More enjoying.

Someone to ask.
All year long.

Give the reassurance of a familiar person to ask, all year. Or give time for a visit at home — to get something working, learn something new or enjoy the technology they already have.

A gift that goes beyond Christmas.

Give a year of someone to ask, or include time for help at home. Choose the gift date and delivery in the Portal, so they have something thoughtful to open. Their year starts on that date. Home visits are confirmed separately, and holiday appointments depend on availability.

A whole year of someone to ask

Give a little
peace of mind.

A familiar person for the small technology decisions, whenever they crop up. A laptop to choose, an app to understand or a device they’re not sure they need to replace.

Give annual advice on its own, or choose ten visit hours for £500 with a free year of advice, worth £75. That’s £825 of visits and advice for £500, including VAT.

Choose the gift date in the Portal. Their year starts on that date, even if they claim the gift later.

Gifted time lasts one year from your chosen gift date, even if it’s claimed later. Please pay before that date. Buying time doesn’t book a visit. The recipient offers their availability in the Portal, then I’ll confirm an appointment with them. Read the service terms.

Gift dates, delivery & privacy

Choose their day.

Pay before your chosen gift date. Their year starts at midnight UK time on that date and ends at the start of the same date the following year. It starts whether they have claimed the gift or not; it doesn’t wait for their first visit.

Giving another year of advice? Repeat annual gifts are available during the current membership’s final 30 days, using its anniversary. The Portal checks the dates.

Make it personal.

Pass on a secure claim link yourself, or choose an email on the gift date. You can add a personal message inside the Portal.

The recipient claims through their own verified Portal account. You can see your payment and the gift’s status, but their advice conversations stay private. Home visits are arranged with them and confirmed separately.
