A friend or neighbour books a standard first-hour home visit to get a phone, computer or home connection sorted. This example covers the £75 first hour only.

Create a free account or sign in. Open Affiliates, then choose Activate Affiliate Account if you’re new to the programme.
Choose Tech Over Tea and a page that suits the person you’re recommending it to. Copy your personal referral link from the Portal and share it with them.
Eligible paid purchases can earn up to 10%. Check pending and available commission in the Portal, and request a withdrawal when your cleared balance reaches £25.

Use these as a starting point. Keep the advertising disclosure, make the words your own and add your personal referral link from the Portal.
Only share where it’s welcome. Public posts should be clearly labelled as advertising. Read the ASA’s affiliate guidance.

No. You can create a free CJG Portal account without buying anything. Sign in, open Affiliates and activate your affiliate account if you haven’t already.
Eligible, paid purchases attributed to your referral can earn up to 10%. The rate can vary by product or affiliate account. Commission is based on the eligible amount after any discount and excluding VAT. Time-extension fees and additional-time shortfall invoices do not earn commission. Your own purchases do not qualify as self-referrals.
Commission normally remains pending for 31 days. Once it has cleared and your available balance reaches £25, you can request a withdrawal in the Portal. Refunded or cancelled purchases can reduce or reverse commission. A pending amount is not yet available to withdraw.
No. You can recommend Tech Over Tea from anywhere. For a home visit, the person receiving help needs to be within the visit area. The purchaser and recipient can be different people — useful when family live or work further away.
Share your own link from the Portal’s Affiliates page before the customer buys. Website referral tracking depends on their consent and browser settings; it cannot be guaranteed if tracking is declined, cleared or they switch devices. If a coupon is assigned to you, share only the code and terms the Portal provides. Joining does not automatically give you a discount code.
Keep recommendations honest and relevant. Make it clear that you earn commission on eligible purchases through your link. For social posts and other advertising, put a clear Ad label at the beginning. Avoid promises about guaranteed results, earnings, discounts or appointment availability.
Your affiliate area shows your referral activity, commission and withdrawals. It does not give you access to a recipient’s support balance, private advice conversations or visit details. I work directly with the person receiving help.
